Paying your Tuition
You have several options for making payments for tuition, but please remember that all tuition payments must be recieved on or before the first DAY of the month, not the first lesson of the month. Tuition paid after the due date will be assessed a late fee. Failure to pay tuition in a timely manner may cause you to lose your lesson reservation, especially if it becomes a regular occurrence. We understand that sometimes situations arise that we can't control, so if you have a question or would like to make a payment arrangement, please discuss it with Ms. Margo or the Billing department and we will do our best to work with you.
We accept payments at the studio in cash or by check, or you may mail a check or money order, or if you wish to pay by credit card or with an automatic bank draft, we use Paypal, an eBay Company, to process those payments for the time being. We hope to offer in-house credit card processing soon, as well, but for now, these are your payment options. If you wish to recieve a receipt for your payment, please deliver it personally to one of our staff. If no receipt is required, you can drop it in the payments box located next to the front door during regular studio hours (3 - 9 pm weeknights) or call to see if we will be there when you come by. Night payments should be sealed in an envelope and slid through the door.
Make One-Time Payment:
If you have more than one student enrolled, you can simply change the quantity when you select "View Cart" in the paypal interface. You also can come back to this page and add another item to your cart, if they study different instruments, or have different lengh lessons.
